We have several clients that have us also do headshots at their events. They take the opportunity to get updated head shoots of board members and VIPs. We can take several different approaches to capturing head shot. Some clients prefer a more traditional head shot on a backdrop other are looking for something a little more creative. We also have clients that like to change it up each year to reflect the culture of their company. What ever approach you want us to take we will deliver a end product that will make everyone happy.
Depending on the size and nature of you event there are often vendors or an expo associated with it. They offer your attendees an opportunity to interact with suppliers in your industry. This also provides an additional revenue stream that can often also offset expenses. We know the importance of capturing this with images. That way you can use them to influence other future sponsors/vendors to be a part of your event.
Breakout Sessions/ Workshops
In most situations there are ed blocks/ breakout sessions planned for conventions. This is normally when the attendees have an opportunity to get the specialize training they came for. While shooting we try to get an overall sense of this. This helps show value and educational opportunities to future attendees.
There are some clients that have a tradition of having us capture a photo of all the attendees in one photo. This is alway a really fun yet challenging image to capture.
From getting shots of people registering to get shots of people at the final receptions We can cover everything in between including behind the scenes.
Clients like to use the opportunity to get promotional images for their publications or social media. It allows them to have a set group of images they can use throughout the year with actual members/attendees. They can use these in their annual reports, websites, social media, press releases, magazines, etc.
